Sourced from dedicated smallholder farmers in the lush highlands of the Sidama Zone, these beans are grown at breathtaking elevations of 1700–1900 meters, where cool air and nutrient-rich nitisol soil produce some of the most expressive coffees in the world.

Crafted from Indigenous Heirloom Cultivars, this roast opens with bright fruity sweetness, soft milk-chocolate smoothness, and warm caramel undertones that glide effortlessly across the palate. The cup is lively, juicy, and naturally sweet — a perfect balance of elegance and personality.

Processed using the traditional full natural method, the cherries are hand-sorted for quality and dried slowly on raised beds, allowing the fruit’s sugars to infuse each bean with deep, layered flavor.
