Vibrant, sweet, and beautifully aromatic — the Ethiopia Natural Roast (Medium–Light) is a celebration of the birthplace of coffee. Sourced from dedicated smallholder farmers in the lush highlands of the Sidama Zone, these beans are grown at breathtaking elevations of 1700–1900 meters, where cool air and nutrient-rich nitisol soil produce some of the most expressive coffees in the world.
Crafted from Indigenous Heirloom Cultivars, this roast opens with bright fruity sweetness, soft milk-chocolate smoothness, and warm caramel undertones that glide effortlessly across the palate. The cup is lively, juicy, and naturally sweet — a perfect balance of elegance and personality.
Processed using the traditional full natural method, the cherries are hand-sorted for quality and dried slowly on raised beds, allowing the fruit’s sugars to infuse each bean with deep, layered flavor.
