Nestled between ancient volcanoes at 1200–1616 meters, these beans thrive in mineral-rich volcanic loam soil, giving them a depth and clarity found nowhere else.

The first sip unfolds with deep dark-chocolate richness, followed by a vibrant burst of bright fruit that lifts the cup with lively sweetness. A silky swirl of butterscotch rounds out the finish, creating a flavor profile that’s smooth, warm, and luxuriously layered.
