Smooth, vibrant, and naturally aromatic — the Nicaragua Roast (Medium) is crafted from exceptional Arabica beans grown by smallholder farmers throughout the highland communities of Molino Norte, Matagalpa. Perched between 900–1590 meters in nutrient-rich clay mineral soil, these beans develop a refined, beautifully layered flavor profile that shines in every cup.
The first sip brings warm cocoa richness, followed by delicate floral notes that add softness and elegance. A bright touch of citrus lifts the finish, giving the cup a clean, refreshing sparkle that’s both lively and beautifully smooth.
This roast features a diverse collection of Nicaragua’s most expressive varieties — Yellow & Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema — blended to create a cup that’s balanced, fragrant, and full of character.
After harvest, the beans are fully washed, then fermented for 12–14 hours to enhance clarity and sweetness before being dried on patios and raised beds for optimal texture and flavor preservation.
