Cultivated in the highland regions of Piura and Amazonas at elevations ranging from 1100–1700 meters, these beans thrive in nutrient-rich clay mineral soil, developing a refined, silky profile that shines with every sip.
The first taste opens with warm salted caramel sweetness, followed by a smooth, silky body that melts effortlessly on the palate. A bright touch of citrus lifts the finish, giving the cup a refreshing sparkle that balances sweetness with lively clarity.
This medium roast features a diverse selection of celebrated Peruvian varieties — Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor — blended to create a cup that’s smooth, sweet, and beautifully layered.
