Elegant, fruity, and impossibly fragrant — the Tanzania Roast (Medium–Light) is crafted from exceptional Arabica beans grown by small cooperative farmers throughout the high-elevation slopes of the Mbeya Region. Rising between 1200–1900 meters, these farms sit on mineral-rich clay soil, giving the beans a naturally vibrant, floral-forward character unlike anywhere else in East Africa.
The first sip opens with crisp, refreshing pear sweetness, followed by soft floral tones and delicate hints of jasmine that drift smoothly across your palate. As it settles, a touch of strawberry brightness adds a playful, juicy finish that’s both lively and elegantly balanced.
Featuring classic Tanzanian varieties — Bourbon and Kent — this roast showcases the best of the region’s clean, high-grown flavor profile. The beans are fully washed to highlight clarity and brightness, then dried slowly on raised beds, preserving their vivid aromatics and natural sweetness.
